They were very easy to work with and super helpful in all regards. We got the premium service and they packed it for us which they did an amazing job and supplied blankets to protect the items. They were also very easy to work with in regards to organizing getting stuff out! Very good service and very good people! Would recommend to anyone!!

Great customer service from beginning to end, and great service in general. I ordered storage which I was very happy with. I have never used storage facilities before so I was pleasantly surprised with how stressless everything was. I wish I had have used Super Easy Storages’ moving services as well, because the contractors I used turned up hungover, and weren’t being respectful of my things. The manager, Muzz, helped me sort out a few things they had missed. Very good experience all round.

I spoke to Neil several times before I booked the storage unit and he was great, gave me all the info I required. He also arranged for me to visit the site in Penrose NZ so I could gauge if I would require one or two units. When the time came to have my ‘stuff’ picked up Muzz and they boys came out. They were very efficient and quick, we even had a few laughs along the way. I have since gone back to Penrose and put some more stuff in the unit and think I will be doing another trip there as I am finally out of my place. I can only speak highly of the team and the company. Very happy with the costs and the service. Well done Super Easy Storage.

Neil is always super efficient with booking access times and has great communication skills. He is always very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Muzz at the warehouse is just awesome, he has amazing people skills and is very thorough and professional with ensuring your items are safe and secure. Love this storage company as you absolutely get your monies worth!!

by far the most painless, stressfree move ever!! from my first contact Neil was a very upbeat happy person to deal with and nothing was a problem. they stayed in contact and on the day of my move, were bright and early. couldnt fit down my driveway but they just got on with it! they did everything to ensure i got the best deal. i would recommend super easy 20/10????

Really good rates and easy to deal with. Loved being able to have the guys arrive at my house with the storage unit, pack everything in to it, loci it up and give me the key and then away they go. I’ve used them twice now and would use again.
